Exchanges & Returns
At Florento, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To process your return quickly and efficiently, please:
- Request a return form from our customer service team at [Insert Support Email].
- Include your order number.
- State the reason for your return.
- If the item is damaged, attach clear photos of the damage.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels, packaging, and tags intact.
- Products must be unused and free from signs of wear.
- Florento reserves the right to decline returns if products appear used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the policy period.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care/cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include a track & trace code (at the customer’s expense). Please email us the tracking number on the day of shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You may choose between:
- An exchange for another product.
- A refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days.
If your refund has not appeared after this period, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account.
- Contacting your credit card provider (as posting times may vary).
